"The hotel is very conveniently located at Terminal D of DFW, which makes it extremely practical for travelers. However, my experience late at night was disappointing. I arrived at 10:15 pm and the main restaurant was already closed, with only the bar open. There was no 24-hour full menu service, only a very limited late-night menu that was both unappealing and overpriced. "Overall the property was decent , however we were charged for long distance telephoned calls at $17.00 a piece! Calls made from the landline due to our phones that were not charging on their outlets. Pretty sure long distance charges were things of the 90’s but this hotel will try and get you for every penny they can get! Disappointing but it is what it is. "

"Just a quick overnight stay between connecting flights. Arrived late and checked out early. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were slammed with arrivals because of bad weather flight delays at DFW, but generally managed to maintain their professionalism and sense of humor. I arrived too late to sample any of the restaurants, but had a very satisfactory late evening beer at the bar. A good value airport hotel experience. "

"We brought our young kids for a few days over Spring Break and had a great time! The indoor pool and hot tub area were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable and room was clean. Very pleased overall and it was a good location. We will be back!"
