"Wonderful property "

"This is a really lovely hôtel with great facilities. Breakfast is cooked individually and very tasty, with fresh herbs and some of the best ever marmalade! There's a little garden which is quite a bonus. I loved the pool and the bathroom as well. The only thing I'd like on top if what was available would be a bar that was open beyond 10 pm. Maybe I return later than the average guest but a nightcap is a grand way to finish a day on holiday. "

"Air conditioning was not working. Hotel hastily explained that due to conservation of power sometimes the motor would just not turn on. Then the hotel shd be priced as if it did not have A/C"

"The building has the perfect “oldness” about it, to me this very, old & grand structure has the perfect maintenance program. Loved every section of this facility."

"This place is a perfect base to explore Reims . We parked in the car park upstairs , outside for free ( there is underground parking on site too ) The room was nice , overlooking the river .. from the hotel it’s walkable to the Cathedral quarter ( 10/12mins stroll ) and there’s a wealth of restaurant choices and bars there . This seemed a very walkable and safe city and the Mercure is a nice easy , cost effective hotel to use as a base for a visit . "
