"Suite rooms are huge and beautifully decorated. Beds are firm though. Hotel is located in a start district with nice restaurants nearby. Rooms are excellent value for money. Sadly the Barman tried to rip us off by serving a high class wine when we ordered house wine. We had 12 glasses between a group of friends so the price difference was huge so beware. Breakfast was dreadful. Pastries were stale and eggs were full of salt. You’re be better having the Indian curry buffet. "

"What a great hotel! We really enjoyed our 5 days here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean. It was great to have the breakfast at the cafe downstairs and the restaurant on the rooftop upstairs, both had an amazing range of food options. Everything was neat and tidy. And the room had plenty of space for us to fit our child on a wrong away bed. We would definitely stay again."

"An Excellent Stay with Wonderful Hospitality! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel in Jaipur. From the moment I arrived, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Their hospitality truly made my stay special. The food was delicious, both at breakfast and especially at the rooftop restaurant, which offered a beautiful atmosphere and a great dining experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the Ayurvedic massage. My therapist, whose name I believe was...

"A peaceful place away from the city chaos with beautiful palace like ambiance, clean rooms, helpful staff. Special thanks for arranging a delicious cake for our wedding anniversary celebration."

Stepping inside feels like entering another world, with incredible interiors, beautiful architecture and rooms full of character and grandeur. One disappointment was our room, which had no windows and therefore lacked natural light. It would have been wonderful to have the option of a room with windows. The gym could also benefit from some attention to bring it in line with the exceptional standard of...

"It was our first time in Jaipur and we had a great stay here! Staff was helpful and sweet, room was comfortable and clean, and location was superb! 10/10 recommend booking here!!"

"Loved our 3-night stay here. Beautiful heritage haveli full of character, spotless room, and genuinely warm, helpful staff. The food and drinks were amazing too. Great location for exploring the old city. We'd happily stay here again."

"The Shakun hotel is well located in the city and just slightly out of the hustle and bustle of the main road; it's great for tour pick-ups and grabbing an Uber to dinner in the evening. The hotel is a little dated and perhaps not quite as grand as it once was. We travelled outside of peak season and it felt like the staff had been switched to a less experienced team who perhaps weren't as knowledgeable about service. However, they were always really friendly when we approached them. However,...
