"Bathtub and shower room must be fixed because water is coming out. Bath towel should be bigger than a regular one but if they can’t change it at least replace them with new ones. Iron and ironing board should be provided not making you bring your clothes downstairs to iron your clothes. Anyway the good one is they have excellent staff who are nice and knowledgeable with your questions. "
