"Disappointing Stay Despite a Good First Impression. Our stay at Dann Carlton Medellín started positively. Check-in was seamless and efficient; the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and our 15th-floor room was clean, with most amenities in working condition. However, the closet had only two clothes hangers for two guests, and the room safe did not work. Unfortunately, our room was directly across from a service room and stairwell. "Room was clean except for garbage retrieve took two days.Breakfast is a bit complicated so I helped other customers figure it out. Juices at the end on top of coffee is a bit hard.
There was a bit of mold in the bathroom and paint was peeling near the entrance to the shower.Big windows in the lobby that have not been clean in a while.
Hotel needs a refurbished treatment and has great bones to be a decent 4 stars.

"Mi experiencia en el hotel fue excelente. La ubicación me pareció muy buena, las instalaciones estaban muy limpias y el servicio fue de primera. El personal fue muy atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.
Lo único que no me gustó fue que la piscina estaba en remodelación durante mi estadía, por lo que no pude utilizarla. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo perfecto y quedé muy satisfecho con mi experiencia. Definitivamente recomendaría este hotel a otros viajeros."
