"We had a really good stay but a couple of things tarnished our holiday. The check in was terrible. Being told we needed to pay, when we had already paid through Hotels.com. Reception wanted to keep our passports with no explanation. Wasn’t given any information about the hotel, meal times etc. The room was nice, but the A/C would only stay on for 10 minutes at a time. "Beautiful pool however they won’t turn on the water jets or fountain in the pool between 10 and 4 pm until the attendant is back on duty. Room was pleasant enough, bathroom and surfaces clean however the floor was filthy and not mopped the entire 4 days we were there. Front desk very helpful and staff pleasant. No pool towels unless you rent by the day for 3 euros. "

"We had a warm welcome by the staff upon arrival and they spoke very good English. The food that we had in the in house restaurant was brilliant with loads of options and even recommendation. We received free little appetisers during our meal from the chef. The facilities were very broad inc swimming pool, gym, pool table, free reading material etc. The only negative I could possibly think of would be our door surround/frame was a little loose meaning it was noisier for us to close our door...

"This was a lovely traditional property with a homey feel and a gorgeous view. Breakfast every morning on the patio was perfect. Being right on the beach with ample public parking made the stay much more convenient. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "
