"Well located hotel and maintained adequately. However, this hotel and staff had the worst customer service I have seen after having travelled across the whole of Europe in the last two months. We arrived early and were denied early check in, unless we paid €20 each before 2 pm. Check in was scheduled at 4 pm. That is another appalling hotel policy. "ottima struttura, personale cordiale e posizione ottima"

"This was a flawless stay. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was stunning, clean and spacious. It was cleaned and restocked every day."

"Super clean"
