"The overnight staff were so wonderful, I apologize if I get her name wrong but Pernila was so accommodating, especially when things for me were extremely stressed. She made all the accommodations she could and was so patient with me as I went to find my lost laptop and managed to only actually stay in the hotel for six hours total. Thank you for the warm welcome and for all the help. "

"Great value for money. £440 for 4 nights for a twin room was good value. Upon check-in, to our surprise, this also included breakfast. Facilities were great - there is even a pool. 15 mins walk from Copenhagen Central station. "

There were some small things that needed attention like the shower not working properly or being able to get the conditioner out but that may have been easily solved. We didn't stay for long enough to discuss with anyone. I've stayed at Radisson Blu before and would definitely recommend it."
