"I've never been to a major hotel in a large city where the bar is closed at weekends.....until now. Girl on reception wasn't particularly helpful either.
But apart from that, it was a decent stay."
"Not a bad stay, staff for the most part were nice. Air conditioning worked really well which is a plus for me! Clean minus lipstick on a glass in my room which was a bit small again just not shown on Expedia. Good location"
"Sehr schön eingerichtetes Zimmer, angenehme Groesse, sehr schönes Bad, leider keine Pantoffeln und keine Koerperlotion. Tee- und Kaffeestation auf dem Flur, super. Ueppiges Fruehstuecksbuffet, hochwertiger Tee. Anschluss mit Strassenbahn in kurzer Laufdistanz. Komme gerne wieder."
"Awful. The website is tricky. The pictures are tricky. They sent us to stay in another building, with no staff. It was mainly a museum, with nobody there, very creepy. I didn’t even feel safe at night. The towels were so old and dirty. The carpet was so dirty. There was dirty linens in the hallway and nobody even bother to clean it.
There is no elevator and there is nobody to help you to take your luggage up.
I absolutely do not recommend to stay here."
