"Excellent hotel and very friendly staff! Concierge is 24x7 so even if you check in late it’s fine. They surprised little ones with welcome gifts. Lots of cafe and food options at a walking distance on the beach "

"We were part of wedding party and they treated us wonderfully. Don’t take a big car there, although there is parking. Loved our room, balcony on the ocean, the rooftop was lovely, breakfast expansive and really good. "

"A lovely traditional building but seems to have downgraded since covid. No glasses in rooms just paper cups. Rooms booked were supposed to be large enough for 3 people but this resulted in a smaller balcony and a poorer view. Staff in restaurant for breakfast were unhelpful except for Otilde who did everything she could to make our stay better. She deserves a lot of credit. No breakfast tea bags and the hot plates were never switched on so food that should have been hot was cold. Unfortunately...

"Great hotel perfect location, the staff were all very friendly and attentive, the food that we tried was excellent and resonably priced. My one recommendation would be to ask for a hotel room overlooking the water or book a terrace room we hed a Room overlooking the patio which is actually the front of the hotel and was a little noisy "

It was, in our opinion, the best location to stay in Lisbon. central to absolutely everything yet in a quite court with no through way traffic, which is a blessing in Lisbon if you value a good nights sleep. The half panel on the bathtub isn't enough to contain the shower water. Couldn't get the A/C to cool or dehumidify the room. The hallway was more comfortable. "
