"The hotel was clean and comfortable! The staff was helpful and very kind. My only complaint was really about breakfast and the availability of fresh coffee! We stayed about a week and ate breakfast in the hotel almost every morning. The buffet never changed!! So it was pretty tiring after a few days of eating the same thing over and over. Also, you couldn’t get coffee before 7a (when breakfast started) so if you were an early riser or had an early tour - no coffee for you!"

"Convenient to Belfast international airport however our flight was delayed by almost 2 hours so we couldn’t really get to enjoy the whole hotel. Having to leave early next morning also meant we couldn’t enjoy our stay this time but we’ll stay again in the near future as it is a really pleasant spot to stay."

"I had bigger expectations for this hotel. On a positive note, the view is absolutely stunning. The exterior and the garden. The room did not look like the images I saw. It was a bit of a let down. I felt the woman on reception was dismissive and condescending to me. I didn't get my room until after 4pm. She told me my room was "almost ready" several times, which it wasn't. "The staff were very friendly, chatty and helpful especially Sophie who I had for my massage. She was fantastic and I felt totally relaxed. The spa area is amazing and very clean. The bed was extreme comfortable. The only thing my husband and I weren't happy with was the choice of food for dinner. Very much pub food, would like to see more restaurant food in line with a spa resort. Overall we had an amazing relaxing weekend and will be back. Definitely recommend The Rabbit Resort."
