"The kitchen staff was absolutely amazing. Maître D. Franco greeted us with a smile and handshake. His cooking staff and bus staff were polite and respectful. The entertainment staff was equally friendly and polite. The front of the house staff was knowledgeable and answered every question we had. Housekeeping staff was on point. Yes we will stay here again. Yes we recommend staying here."
"Good location, close to beach and restaurants. The swimming pool, which was the main reason that we chose this particular hotel, was closed. We received no communication about this, otherwise we would have cancelled and stayed elsewhere."

"Buona colazione a buffet comprensiva di dolci, salati e frutta. Camera spaziosa ma ubicata proprio sopra ad un deposito dell'hotel dove si radunavano piccioni che con i loro escrementi sporcavano il terrazzo, che dava su un parcheggio esterno, non servibile!

"The staff were very helpful and accomodating. The village is very peaceful and quiet at night being about 20 minutes walk from the noisy and traffic congested sea front, so coming back after an evening out we appreciated our quiet site. There is a lovely view of Mount Etna when we opened the shutters in the morning. The pool is very inviting and there are plenty of sun loungers."
