"No heating in the room. Staff brought additional bedding but radiator didn't work and the experience did not meet comfort expectations for the price. Towel rail did not heat up either. Other than sorry no offer was made to compensate for the inconvenience"
"The grounds were beautiful, the view from our room was sublime, the food was amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful. We did a lot of moving hotels during our trip and I wish we had at least one more day here."
"Room was 3 floors up no elevator, carpet outside the bathroom was very wet, no toilet paper in the bathroom and birds nest outside the window was our 7 AM alarm clock each morning.

"Room was fine. We never tried the paid breakfast because simply they forgot to put the order in and we waited 45 min for it - eating away the early morning that we had plan to visit Skye - and nothing came. The main waiter tried to gaslight us that they did not forget us - they were “adding” special touches to it (to boiled eggs on an avocado toast?!?). Everyone that arrived at sining room after us ate and left.
As we were leaving hungry, they offered to put the food that was just ready in to go...
"Travelled with my family and this was an excellent choice, stayed at the private room and was surprised at the lack of noise from the outside, very good acoustics. Highly recommend and the private bathroom was a plus. Very close to several tourists destinations."
"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The setting is spectacular, the views are incredible, and the grounds are lovely. We really enjoyed taking the time to explore the property.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well appointed. We especially appreciated the unlimited water, hot chocolate, tea, and Nespresso pods. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was wonderful, and having electrical outlets on every wall was surprisingly convenient.

"The beautiful photos don’t do justice to how charming, beautiful and well maintained this property is! It was the perfect place to use as a base as we explored Skye.
We arrived late and tired. The bread, milk, cookies and snacks were well appreciated!
Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant. 10/10"
"This was our favourite property in our 3 week visit to Ireland and Scotland. It wasn’t the fanciest but the property felt homey with some added extras that made it just perfect! Our host Joan Anne was exceptionally kind, very helpful, quick with suggestions, and a fantastic cook. Our bed was comfy, bedding luxurious, all amenities were lovely."
