"The room was nice. The hotel has a great view as described and is so relaxing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The only thing is it is in a bit of a food desert. The town is overcrowded and the hotel itself has very little food especially if the restaurant is booked. Highly recommend bringing food with you here. "

"Nice place, but dinner and breakfast take very long (traditional but long). It was overall an amazing experience, but the place is slightly old and in the rooms you can see marks on walls. "

"We had a very nice stay. The shower, the sauna and private onsen made our day. We wash our clothes and took time to have a pretty nice family time. The view was espectacular saw Mount Fuji the whole day! It is easy to check in and check out, although the check out time is early (10am). We should’ve reserved one more night to stay longer :) late check out is not available. Beds and bathroom are very comfortable. "Loved the room, great for families and kitchen well equipped. The onsen and sauna were a great addition to the stay. Would recommend that you bring food supplies as only one place near the station to get food."

"So relaxing and everything was great! The best part of our trip ! Onsen was awesome and private, the meals were A(+]. Just take a taxi ( we used the Go app) to and from the station. We walked uphill to get there, but streets narrow and we were a little concerned with the cars driving by."
