" Stayed at Pensacola Beach Resort with a family of two adults and two teen daughters and it was very disappointed. While the hotel looked clean and the lobby was nice, seating was limited. They have a sitting area outside but the wind brought the guests to come inside the lobby. This is definitely not a family-friendly place. The pool was small, overcrowded, and full of loud adults drinking. We didn’t feel comfortable letting our daughters stay in the pool. Room cleanliness was also an issue....

"I ate dinner in the main restaurant and the chicken Alfredo was terrible. Everything overcooked and basically not edible. The King bed suite was excellant and I woukd that room again but eat elsewhere."

It started off with them, putting us in the wrong room overlooking the bay instead of the ocean, which is what I paid for went downstairs to let them be aware of what they had made a mistake in the best that she could do was put me in a room with two full-size bed overlooking the ocean instead the king size bed with the balcony so that did not make me happy. The floor was full of sand. The room did not smell fresh. The refrigerator stunk out of this world and did not...

"The private beach was awesome and peaceful. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well maintained. The room was nice and having a balcony was a plus. Be sure to schedule a day for your room to be cleaned when you check in because room maintenance does not automatically happen daily. I would definitely stay here again because it is better than paying for an overpriced and old/overated hotel on PCB. We had a car and the drive to PCB was only 15-20min and parking was pretty cheap approx $6 for 4hrs. "

"Checking in was a pleasant experience. Michael at the front desk was extremely helpful and answered all my questions with a smile!!! The kitchen area was clean. The interior courtyard was such a wonderful touch. Being able to sit outside was so great and get fresh air."

"From checkbin to check out, we enjoyed our stay. Staff was so nice and helpful. Room was extra clean and larger than most hotel rooms. Loved the layout and full kitchen. Will be staying here again! So close to the scene in Tally. Easy to Uber or drive to everything but lets you stay just outside of the chaos of FSU. "
