"I was asked to rate our stay 1-5....given a 3 only due to the view.... 1) The door lock/lack there of Unlocking and locking the door from the outside is extremely difficult, so much so that we gave up a few times and left with the door unlocked. It appeared that the door locking area has been broken and poorly repaired. 2) Master bed had no sheet, they did deliver a sheet for the bed but it took them 3 deliveries to get the correct size 3) Multiple housekeeping issues need to be addressed....

Check-out was inflexible and unreasonably early at 10 a.m. Basic supplies were lacking—insufficient towels, no hand soap in some bathrooms, and limited toilet paper. With better attention to guest comfort, this could be a much better stay."
