"There are some good things about this hotel but overall I don’t think it deserves 5 stars. The best thing about it is the location, it’s got its own beach access and is also an easy walk to Kenting street. The pool is also nice, although they close it in the middle of the day for cleaning. They have a lot of amenities, but most of them were closed while we were there. The food was just ok. The staff was a mixed bag, some were friendly and helpful but others couldn’t be bothered. "Overall experience is extraordinary. The only flaw is that they don’t have elevators. That’s said you have to carry all your luggages by yourself via stairs if your room is on the 2nd floor."
"Fantastic accommodation. Less than 5 minutes walk from the main street but very quiet. The staff were professional, friendly and very attentive. The room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Furniture in great condition, comfy bed.
The breakfasts were super. The free snacks and drinks were much appreciated. It is probably a higher price point than many places but it was so worth it The best accommodation we have had in two weeks in Taiwan Thoroughly recommended."
