"The Eldorado was perfect for us. A short walk to the Plaza and other shops, restaurants etc. We used the pool and jacuzzi quite a bit and found them clean, not crowded, we were the only ones! I had to leave a day early and I had booked on Expedia, but they didn't charge me for that final night. Though they could have. So they get a big bravo this was very considerate of them."

Brandon is a great representative for the hotel; he was customer friendly & very efficient. We arrived early & appreciated being granted an early check-in. Our room was very clean & comfortable. The hotel's location is ideal.
We enjoyed our time at the Secreto Bar, where Storm took excellent care of my husband & me.
We would stay at the hotel again & highly recommend."
"I was expecting more. The hotel is old and the carpets do not look like they have been cleaned in awhile. Our room was ok but not what I am used to for the amount of money i paid. I should have driven to Albquerque and stayed at the Sandia Resort and Casino. The rooms there are worth the price you pay."

"This property is such a beautiful and unique place to stay while visiting Santa Fe. It once belonged to the poet/writer Witter Bynner. Each of the 9 rooms is themed to the writer or one of his friends. We stayed in the DH Laurence room. It was complete with some of this DH’s books, as well as many other wonderful literary works to sample either in the lovely outdoor space or the the beautiful living room. "The property was very nice. It fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and well equipped. The location was great for activities we had planned in the downtown area and shopping was convenient. Outdoor furnishings were comfortable. The only negative was the traffic noise when doors were open or sitting outdoors on the back patio."
"The property was perfect for our needs. I gave it four stars for some minor reasons.
1). The upstairs 1/2 bath toilet was basically for #1’s only. There was a sign stating it clogs easily, so no #2’s.
2). Hot water was HOT(once it came in), but it took approximately 5-6 mins before the hot water would flow to the showers. Thought maybe because it had been vacant for awhile. But it was normal for every 1st shower.
3). The coffee machine brewed brown hot water instead of coffee. Luckily the...
