"Toilet did not work properly requiring 5-6 flushes even for liquids only and then still not clean. Bed was the least comfortable one I had in 30 days of European travel. Room was extremely basic, bordering on hostel-like."
"Nice hotel and setting. We had the cheap room and seemed a little dated and in need of renovation. Also did not come with access to wellness centre. Nice pool area and staff great."
"Bell'albergo vicino a Bassano del Grappa, forse un po' "antico" nello stile ma comunque ben tenuto, con grande parcheggio, ottima colazione, ristorante interno e il plus della piscina con bar e sdraio, davvero un toccasa allafa di questa estate. Complimenti ai ragazzi che ci lavorano"
"Excellent accommodations with views to die for. Exceptional Cuisine and friendly staff, though one of the waiters acted a bit territorial ;) Make sure you let the reception know on which side of the hotel you plan on having breakfast, if you want to join friends who stay at the other side of the hotel. Great spa with a rooftop terrace surrounded by an an unbelievable Dolomites mountain range. The gym needs improvements. Overall an excellent experience."

Servizio di mezza pensione impeccabile, con cena sempre all’altezza del 4 stelle. Anche la colazione molto valida, sia dolce che salata.
