"Mark and Rich were amazing hosts. Excellent restaurant suggestions. Our room was in the basement at the back and it was cool and quiet. Very clean and the common area where breakfast was served and the area where you could sit and look out at the water was way bigger than we expected. Breakfast was extra and well worth it. "We had such a fantastic stay. The hotel is right opposite two bus stops which take you right to Newport, Ryde and Sandown and there is a Co-Op just down the road. The staff were so welcoming and exceptionally friendly. The room was restocked daily and cleaned beautifully. The food on the restaurant was outstanding. It can be a bit noisy until 11 due to it being a pub but it was not ongoing and we were not disturbed by it. We could not have asked for another place to stay."
