With regards to our room 320, it was spacious and it was nice to be able too open windows wide enough to benefit from normal ventilation which reduced the need for use of air conditioning (eco friendly). The only suggestion I would make regarding to room is the addition of small mirror above surface in place of picture that would allow guests to sit down whilst...

"The customer service was exceptional and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. All requests before arrival were dealt with before arrived. Room was amazing and exceptionally clean. The hotel itself was immaculate and there was a good selection of food and drink. The gardens were well kept and beautiful. I would highly recommend and have boo a further satay here already"

"We had a great stay. Traffic was a bit hectic getting there but was all around fairly easy trip. Hotel right off of main highway, but not much traffic noise after 7 pm. Room was comfortable and service was fantastic. The breakfast in the morning was first class, fresh OJ, Cofffee/tea, eggs to order, bacon, bread, fruit and yogurt. Small family run hotel, great for us and for anyone. There are some stairs to navigate, but they also have first floor rooms. Would stay again!!"

"This was my 3rd time staying here. It is only a 20 minute drive to belfast city centre. I was in the Oriental Room forbthe 2nd time and it is very spacious. The shower pressure is amazing! And hot which i love. The breakfast in the morning was lovely. The owner Lynne is very friendly and caring and made me feel welcome. The only thing is the rooms arent very soundproof. However they have ear plugs available if you tend to be a light sleeper. "
