"We had a wonderful stay at the Alpin Resort. The hotel staff prepared a lovely surprise when we arrived: champagne, chocolate, petals. It was our honeymoon. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, the room had a cozy feel but spacious. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully laid out. The dinners were rich and plenty to choose from. We had the time of our lives and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

The SPA, oh boy ... no rules applies at all. Very nasty group of foreigners walked in the SPA area with outdoor shoes, went to jacuzzi wearing clothing, NO showered before. Very nasty!

The food was out of this world in taste and the variety of menus including wild game. If you are looking for peace, quiet, luxury and the royal treatment, look no further. "This is a very nice hotel, very clean and beautiful setting. Getting to it is an absolute nightmare. One has to travel down almost 2 miles of dirt, gravel road up the side of a mountain, the GPS that I was using got completely confused and sent me down the wrong dirt road, someone from the hotel had to come to the town square to lead me cause it was impossible to find the place. Once there the hotel was great, staff from friendly and pleasant. If one is going to stay here make sure to rent a 4x4...
