"Staff was extremely friendly, all spoke fluent English, and the breakfast buffet was the best in Hanoi! The location is central to all activities in the Old Quarter too! Bell Captain Louis did a fantastic job! We'll be back next year!"
"The room was great. Clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and kind, and were able to assist with anything we needed. In general the hotel amenities like laundry and spa are more expensive than what you can find around Hanoi, so we chose to go elsewhere. The restaurant staff were very accommodating of my wife’s celiac disease when we had breakfast there, even cooking her fresh food with clean pans so there was no chance of cross contamination.

"The service was fantastic at the Solaria. Lily at front desk especially brought excellent energy and enthusiasm to make our trip a great one. We stayed in the family room suite which was very spacious. It was also the perfect blend of old world charm and new world comfort. The hotel is in the heart of everything! Perfectly located for walking or taking a quick grab to any of the sites in the city. Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely go back/recommend to family and friends."
