From the outside it looks like any other regular apartment complex, however, once you walk in, it is designed with luxury and finesse in mind. We stayed at the Regal suite, all aspects of the place were high quality, nothing cheap or fake, from the kitchen items to the bed, the living area, the curtains, the ceiling decorations….we were in awe about the details that went into everything and felt like royalty for our stay. Hotel is located into a complicated scheme of small narrow streets and is hard to get to it by car or park your car in the front door to check in.Front desk polite but not very friendly. No valet service. Breakfast very good. Restarant waiters polite but not friendly. Dinner was good. Very expensive hotel. I feel that you don't get what you paid for...

"This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I do like it a lot, it is clean, friendly and food is great. There were a few niggles during the storm, room was cold and aircon did not work on heating settings, but they brought in an electric heater (which did not work), one day the water was not warm enough but as soon as I contacted the reception, it was addressed. Overall, I like they are proactive and apologetic, I will definitely book it again."
