Really we enjoyed our stay, room was so clean.
The only con and why I gave it 4 instead of 5 starts is the beds and linens. The beds came with only sheets set up and not enough blankets in the closets and they didnt have extra covers for those blankets. The bed in the parent room felt like a water bed lol. Really otherwise was a great location, friendly staff, amazing pool, and we loved our vacation."

"The attentiveness of the staff is on another level here. This is a new hotel, but the level of comfort you feel here is incredible and all because of how caring the staff here is. We got greeted with a cocktail, everything was explained from beginning to an end. It was a hot day and all the guests at the pool were given cold towels, then a glass of a cold apple smoothie and on top of it we got asked if we want our sunglasses to be cleaned. I’ve never experienced the level of hospitality anywhere...
"Perfectly fine for a family stay with large pools and fantastic views. Unfortunately hotel was let down by the poor maintenance in areas such as the gym where there were missing ceiling tiles with cables hanging out, and the indoor pool with steam rooms permanently out of use."
"I must say we were a little disappointed with the stay overall. I took a look at the photos again and they are a little misleading as the hotel is a lot bigger than the pics, with several additional floors having been added. The 5th floor 'sunset cocktail bar' wasn't built and was just a building site.
Our rooms were on the 4th floor overlooking the road but still a great view of the mountains - they were simple clean rooms but stark and had none of the soft furnishings displayed in the photos...

"Die Anlage ist sehr klein für so viele Menschen. Außerdem war der Außenbereich sehr schmutzig, überall lag Müll und es war dreckig.
Die Außenpools waren nicht besonders gepflegt und sehr trüb. Der Innenpool war in Ordnung.
Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, man hört jedes Wort aus dem Flur oder Nachbarzimmer.
Das Essen war ok, aber wenig Auswahl.
Daf ür war das Personal zum Großteil sehr nett und zuvorkommend."

Drinks are a bit ‘wrist band all inclusive’, not really any high quality options. But given the overall experience, I’ll live!"

The food was good and lots of choice with the breakfast being my favourite.
Although it stars putting towels out was not allowed we watched from our balcony each morning to see people doing it from very early then disappearing back inside."
