"Very clean hotel and room, quiet despite being in the airport proximity, great staff, approachable and friendly, two minutes walk to the airport terminal.
Cleanliness and room smell are my main concerns when I travel, but this hotel is outstanding, extremely clean and not a single bad smell in any area.
Strongly recommended."
"We had several problems. The room was generally fine with one exception. The bath tub was also the shower and ws very slippery. A mat should be provided to avoid anyone falling and injuring themselves while taking a shower. WE had problems getting into the parking lot with a rented car. The road in front of the hotel is a very busy 6 lane road with a large barrier between the lanes. Our mapping service told us to turn and we missed the parking lot turning on the road just to the north. ...
"Excellent location, very clean, very nice looking, excellent staff, room was very nice and clean, all the amenities is excellent, the Lebanese restaurant was excellent. The only issue I had was the freaking room key, I had to reactivate it no less than three times every day, totally annoying.! I was told each time that I have to keep the key away from my phone, which is absolutely ridiculous, that’s like 20th century technology in the 21st-century first century…. Besides that, I would highly...
"The hotel was nice and having air conditioning during the summer in Bucharest was a life saver. Food in the restaurant was good and the staff were polite.
The only two complaints I had were the fact that the curtains were not blackout curtains at all. My room would get very light in the morning, which wouldn't be a big deal except that the hotel says 'blackout curtains'. The other complaint I had was mosquitos, of which there were several in my room. Woke up with mosquito bites every...
"A hotel front desk trainee helped me save my day, and totally changed my preconception of Romania. I arrived at the hotel by taxi. My first thought was th metered rate was very expensive comparing to hotel shuttle. I told the driver that I had to get more cash from the ATM in the hotel and asked him to come in with me. But he said he would wait in his taxi. Got my cash...went to the front desk to leave my baggage and told this lady trainee that I would be back after I paid the taxi driver. She...

"Location was very good. Front desk very attentive. Breakfast superb. Transfer to airport hood.
Downsides: no shampoo in bathroom although I left signs for housekeeping to refill, microwave didn't work until we complained. Shower clothes rack thermostat did not work. AC did not respond to commands. It did work but only at 25 degrees. Remote control has bad batteries though I left signs for battery replacement. No laundry service on weekends. I had to wash my dirty clothes. Just a general...
"Lovely clean, smart hotel near the shopping area of Bucharest.
We arrived early off the sleeper train and were able to get into our room early.
The breakfast was of high quality with lots of options."
"We enjoyed the overall experience. However, the street in front of the hotel was closed and it took a few attempts to find a way into the parking area, i.e., driving the wrong way on a one-way street. When they told us how to find it they failed to tell us it was one-way coming toward us. A little frightening."
