Room not ready on arrival at 16.30 despite having checked in the day before online as requested and estimated our arrival time to be between 15.00-18.00. First room had cleaning staff in it who were rude when we had the audacity to walk in wondering why the door should have been left open. "Just to make future guests aware the majority of rooms are in the old non-refurbished part of the hotel, not the refreshed images shown widely on Google and the booking sites. Our room and amenities would have been inline with a two star hotel. Tight floor plan, plain walls and hospital room vibe, hard unsupportive mattress, prickly bedsheets, air conditioning that was weak and made the room smell like a rubbish tip, one towel for two guests etc. Positives were that parking was secure and staff...
