"Room 205 Requested a wheelchair friendly room. They said the sea view rooms doesn’t have wheelchair access. They did help by putting a chair in the tub and a step stool.
Room 205 was on the second floor. It was very noisy. You can hear the people outside talking, loud music from Jupiter hotel till midnight.asked to be moved and they told us rooms are fully booked. This ROOM was not worth the price. Not worth 400$ a night Situated near main attractions and near beach"

"A very aged resort
Nice location to old town
But they operate in a disingenuous way. After our booking we reveived an email to select a room number. It was a poorly veiled attempt to upsell. Every room number cost more. Some $200 or more per night. We did not bite. As a result we got a room in the back of the resort with a view of the alley.
But I'm glad we didn't upgrade, as the rest of the resort is worn and dated. Not 4 stars maybe 3 if your generous"

"It’s a nice spacious property especially if you book residence with many pools and restaurants. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.
Only few things that we found can make stay even better but not something that will be deal breaker.
If you like late night snacks or room services there are no facility after 10:30 at the hotel premises but you can order food from Uber eats.
As it’s a big place it can do with having a grocery store or convenience store on premises.
Secondly no private beach,...
