The Good:
Folks in the breakfast section are awesome; the breakfast itself was alright, not too great but not bad.
Some of the reception staffs are good too.
The hotel is clean, tidy and in the "PERFECT" location.
The hotel provides towels to use at the beach, and has a discount-agreement with a beach club; so you can get in for cheaper.
The Bad:
- AC did not work for 3 nights we stayed. At 38-degree temprature in Viareggio, this felt awful. (Room 333).

"I found the hotel was very handy with the 24 hour desk especially as flight was delayed and missed the last train to Lucca and had to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and airy. Would highly recommend"

"The hotel is located very near the autostrade and outside the walled city. Access is easy and direct. Staff were multi lingual and friendly. English was not a problem. Parking is free. Breakfast is served as a buffet and you do need to notify if you intend to partake. It is 13euros. There is a good variety, but it is the same every day. There is an espresso/coffee machine. Nothing available to order.

"We had a very enjoyable stay in the Hotel President. The room was clean and comfortable with an excellent shower.
Breakfast was excellent with both buffet and cooked options available. Without exception the staff were amazing with friendly and efficient service throughout.
The location was perfect with the beach and restaurants opposite and an easy ten minute walk to the station."
