"Great location, just a couple of minutes from the main square, but equally quiet and a little ‘off the beaten track. Generous breakfast and a nice touch that chilled bottles of water were made available in the room. The staff were all very polite and helpful, speaking good English."
"They indicated on their website that they had laundry facility available. I assume that meant I can use the washing machines and just put in coins to use it. This was not the case there was a laundry service and you had to pay someone to do your laundry.
Also to have a kettle in your room, this was extra, I assumed having a kettle in your room was a kind gesture, but I guess I was wrong."
"Nice hotel, rooms are a decent size and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice
Excellent pool area and ample seating/ sun loungers.
Layout of hotel can be a little confusing at first, finding your way down stairs to dinning area but additional signage was put up indicating directions. Hotel appears to do a lot of its business accommodating large coach parties, certainly during our stay so lots of people at breakfast at same time before they go off on trips."
"Struttura molto carina. Camera bella, pulita.
"Very clean and excellent staff all around. I appreciated their recommendations for dinner, reservations and transfer arrangements.
We even were able to fit in a massage and nail appointment with their help.
Lovely staff and a pristine, ideal location for exploring Perugia. Highly recommend."
Erg vriendelijk personeel."
"Great location and lovely staff, but the property itself feels quite dated. Be aware that some rooms, like ours, require navigating stairs and two elevators, which may be inconvenient for some guests. The gardens are lovely and a real highlight, but the ground-floor interior, particularly the bar, feels dated and rather depressing. Overall, if I were back in Gubbio, I would choose to stay somewhere else."
