"La pulizia è importante e niente da dire .
L’unica pecca è il bagno senza la porta, ossia c’era una porta in vetro molto spessa, ma non copriva tutto il vano della porta, quindi la porta non si poteva chiudere e non c’era privacy . Se durante la notte si ha bisogno del bagno, chi rimane a letto sente tutti i rumori …"
"The Annexe room was spacious and comfortable and kept clean. There were plenty of clean towels and gowns and slippers were provided. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good with choices from the buffet or al la carte. The hotel is well located on the strip opposite the beach and with the pine forest behind and within easy reach of the train station. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel Sin Astor."
"I found the hotel was very handy with the 24 hour desk especially as flight was delayed and missed the last train to Lucca and had to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and airy. Would highly recommend"
"Great location. Close to the old city walls and to the train station.
Staff were very helpful.
Breakfast was ok.
Rooms and general hotel areas very clean."
"We visited the San Luca Palace in September. The rooms are magnificent. Clean and spacious. The hotel is very close to the town centre (about a 5 minute walk to the Duomo).
Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and the staff calm and attentive.
There is also a very good restaurant about 3 doors down from the hotel.
Can’t recommend highly enough!"
