"Like: Clean room and new modern design. The bed is very comfy. Zhoulette is very helpful and allowed to stay the same room. Great customer service. Dislike: no valet parking. Electric sockets in the room is not working. The girl who checks me in lock of customer service, and need training. I went to ask her about the coupon given to us she doesn’t know and told me to ask the restaurant. She did call the restaurant but you can see from her face she’s irritated."

"Room was clean, staff were great, parking was available. The breakfast buffet wasn't impressive. I don't remember how much I paid for the included breakfast but I would have rather eat elsewhere."
