"Fantastic stay in a lovely hotel. Gorgeous setting but within easy reach of Oosterbeek. Perfect if you are wanting to explore sites relating to the Battle of Arnhem. Surrounded by beautiful walks and fascinating history. We hope to be back soon"
"Helaas is de kamer zeer tegengevallen. De familiekamer had er opklapbed maar daar lig je op de vering. Na een vraag of ze er topper hadden of een matras konden we alleen een babydekbed krijgen om eronder te leggen. Deze was geel van de plasvlekken. Dus die hebben we er maar weer afgehaald. Kamer was beschadigd en geen slot op de badkamerdeur.
Hotel zelf was mooi en ontbijt ook prima."
"Qua ruimte is de kamer voor een gezin prima. Alleen in 1 slaapkamer hangt er geen tv (aansluiting en tv-beugel wel aanwezig). Verder was er geen minibar/koelkastje te vinden. Er mist ook een waterkoker en koffiezetapparaatje.
Ontbijt best uitgebreid, alleen de gekookte eieren zijn echt niet lekker.
Heerlijke dat het binnenzwembadje in de avond nog geopend is. "

Windows didn’t seem to lock in room. Door catch would not shut unless you banged the door shut. Safe was broken on arrival and took 3 times over 2 days to get fixed
Not told and missed small sign in room about having to ask to get the room cleaned at reception. Think you should be told this upon check in.
In the main, minor things. Overall, location was good. Free car parking. Bus stop into town for shops or train was right...

Enige minpuntje, maar daar kan het hotel zelf niks aan doen waren luidruchtige mensen boven ons.
We hadden maar 1 overnachting geboekt, maar we zouden hier zeker naartoe terug komen. "
"We had an exceptional "birthday stay," after enjoying a day and evening in Deventer. Everything was super great: Reception personnel, the room, the bed, the shower with wonderful-smelling bath gel, the view. Parking was easy, close, lots of available spaces. It made it seamless to buy ferry tickets at the hotel. The ferry to the city center was less than a 5 minute walk. We didn't have dinner at the hotel, but breakfast options were extensive, high quality and satisfying, including the coffee...
"I ran across this hotel while randomly exploring throughout the Netherlands, and it was a wonderful find. The property is incredibly clean and comfortable. A huge highlight was the front desk service—I wish I had caught the name of the young woman working there, as she was unbelievably nice had worked there since she was 15 and gave the most helpful local recommendations for sightseeing.
The restaurant on-site was excellent, and the morning buffet breakfast was outstanding. I highly recommend...
"Mooi kamer met wat achterstallig onderhoud san het schilderwerk buiten en het raam van de balkondeur was gebarsten. Ontbijt was goed. Mooie ligging en mooi terras"
