"Staff was pleasant, room was average, a lot of construction in immediate area made the pool unwelcoming. Overall not bad. But would maybe try something else next time. Nothing made me feel like “Oh I gotta stay there again.”"

"Booked a Yotel Pad that had one bed and two bunk beds to accommodate three adults. Upon checking in 2 hours after check in time, we were informed that the room was not available. Two adults forced to share a bed. However great location to the port if taking a cruise."

It appeared as though we were booking a room through the hotel, but it’s actually a privately owned rental located inside the hotel and is completely separate from the hotel’s operations. That should have been made much clearer before booking. The unit itself was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, the refrigerator didn’t work properly, and neither did the cable/TV. The overall setup was strange, and the parking and check-in/check-out...

"I was very disappointed with my stay at Icon Brickell, especially as a parent traveling with children. The apartment and overall property did not match what was presented in the photos, which was disappointing from the start. At the pool, I was supervising three children at all times, but we were repeatedly approached about rules that had not been clearly communicated. I was first told I had to be inside the pool with the children, which I did. Then, one child was told he could not jump in,...

"Place is nice, its big and the view is amazing!! You can litteraly watch the city come to life from the balcony. The bathroom needs a remodeling asap and the drive up for parking is a bit of a bummer but all in all very nice and clean spot. 2nd time staying in the building and would deff book this one again."

"We were overall disappointed with the apartment due to the following -advertised to have washer/dryer, toaster etc Had nothing other than fridge & coffee machine, but nothing at all supplied. No coffee, milk, washing liquid to clean dishes, no cloths, rubbish bags, toilet paper. Also the rug was not vacuumed. The positives were the spaciousness, comfortable bed & pool. Also be aware that they will only valet park your car and it is expensive"
