"Great New Check in, via computers, staff on hand to help. Well decorated throughout Delicious breakfast, although more GF options would be great Great room (very random see through optional bathroom doors though) not sure who would want that!!?? Nice, quiet room though, great black out blind in bathroom & Lovely shower. Great staff, particularly Zara on the desk at check out, she was so friendly. "Don't let the pictures fool you. The swimming pool looks like a big bath tub. The room I had was on the second floor. The carpet in the hallway needs repacling. What really turns me off is the location of the extra toilet rool. It's located at the foot near the toilet bowl. It looks dirty. I have to ask for fresh rolls instead. Anyways, it's not worth the price. But after all, we are in the UK where everything is expensive."

Great location, upgraded rooms were good, lovely bar and outdoor terrace and we enjoyed an hour in the spa (N.B. not obvious when I booked the hotel but this is £10 extra per person for an hour and must be booked).
