"Very accommodating staff. Original room A/C was not functioning so staff found us another comparable room. Staff brought the new room key to us so we did not need to pack up and head to the lobby. This morning the desk staff saw me carrying two cups of coffee and ran ahead to push the elevator buttons for me. Well done."

"Unfortunately the pool was not open. It was supposed to be open Memorial Day but apparently there are some issues. Reception staff was very accommodating. Initiation looked out on a roof but the staff member went and checked out other available rooms and changed us to a higher corner room. Breakfast service is also done by front desk staff which can be quite timely based on number of guests and the need to serve the front desk. Bar and restaurant staff were great. Food was very good."

"Hosts were terrific. Building is historic and convenient to everything. Food was great and they had free beer and wine! What's not to love. We hope to go back when it's decorated for Christmas"

"The Inn Keeper Kim was very gracious and accommodating. We submitted special dietary requests and she exceeded our requests. Breakfast was excellent, tasty and appealing, and Kim was inviting, friendly, and informative. Kim gets a five star rating!!!!"

"Property is older which is fine, but there were some deferred maintenance with the ceiling and leaking wall in the bedroom. Expect to do your own dishes and wash your own linens at checkout. Dishes from previous guest were still in dishwasher. Spiderwebs on ceiling fan and living room light fixture. "
