"Liked: It's charming, great location, room very clean - and renovated-; front desk - excellent service! Didn't like: Menu at the restaurant - limited in terms of variety. It should offer a lighter selection (e.g. quesadillas, a soup, etc.)"

"Loved that they would take you into downtown San Juan. Didn't like that I was told they would be leaving at 8 am only to schedule our entire day around that only to be told that they couldn't take us until noon. That was not cool. Location seems sketchy, considering what the area looks like across the street. But didn't have any problems. Also, when they say there is free parking, they mean either one of the three VERY small spots in front of the building or on the street. That's it! So good...

"It's an historical building in a historic area, its not going to be a modern hotel. It looks old and feels old...stairs are steep and elevator shakes. But it is an awesome properry with lots of.character. ❤️. Thoughtful amenities and a very comfy bed. One thing... there is no hot water service in the kitchen or bathroom sinks. Shower is served by a inline heater. Not the hottest, but good enough. Views from balcony are priceless. Parking can be tricky if you're driving. "

"We stayed here as a family of five with extended family making 10 of us. I’ll start with the good part: -views are amazing. Direct ocean view. -the pool is huge and great for families with kids! -the parking area is large, we fit three cars. -separate living quarters with two kitchens and living room. The not so good part: -it was hard to lock up the entire house. We had to ask the host to deliver keys to lock the upstairs. The gate opener was sensitive. Even the lightest touch would open...
