"I stayed here for 1 night. It was quite difficult to find the hotel as there is no signage along the road on the hotel that is clear from driving past, but with a couple of u-turns we found it. Check-in was smooth and quick. rooms were immaculately clean. The bed was super comfy, there was a bath and separate shower in my room, which was super handy for my child as she likes a bath. the breakfast was lovely. so much choice especially 'free from' options which I really appreciated. different...

"Very nice Hotel, only stayed overnight, very convenient for The New Theatre. Had a meal in the restaurant, food was very good and service too. Didn't use any of the Spa or Leisure facilities. Only complaint was that it was very noisy through the early hours of the morning with people back and fore and doors banging but this wouldn't put me off staying here again."

"The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. Ultimately like any hotel it’s just a building; however, what sets this building apart is the staff. We stayed two nights and from the outset we were made to feel like old returning friends. Special mention goes to restaurant staff Nathan, Bessy and Coulay (I guarantee that I’ve misspelt that), also to night desk staff member Andrew. If I have need of a hotel in Newport again I can’t imagine choosing anywhere else. Great service. "

"We was quite pleased with our room at the Manor House and much better value for money. We had afternoon tea in the olive tree and the food was nice but considering it wasn’t busy the service wasn’t very good, it took a while before I was given water I had asked for and the Prosecco I was offered and accepted never arrived. We used facilities and although we enjoyed it was a shame the men’s changing rooms were out of order and the only alternative was for my husband to use the disabled toilet to...
