"The hotel is lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent close to the harbour, beach, restaurants and shops.
Breakfast selection is good but having to stand at a coffee machine in a queue for poor coffee did let breakfast down and it was very busy. I would stop again but wouldn’t book breakfast as I prefer a quite relaxed breakfast with nice coffee.

". The hotel definitely needs updates. Staff was OK. They should inform you better about the parking reservations because on their website shows they have parking on site, but it’s just for people that reserve the parking and there is no way to reserve the parking through Expedia as well so they should advertise me a little bit better room wasn’t that clean I’ve been to hotels in Alicante, that was cleaner this one was definitely not it in the shower didn’t function correctly. Creating a big leak...

"Excelente servicio. La cereza en el pastel sería que incluyeran un dispensador de detergente en la lavandería. Por lo demás, una excelente opción con muy buena ubicación para disfrutar la ciudad."
