NO lights above night table just holes in the walls for future electric. 2.Power outage during HOT night where we lost all power including air conditioning 3. no handles on door to enter. 4. someone was able to acess our room whilst we were sleeping because their key was able to be used in our lock So frightening!! It's obivous Q Resort was not ready for guests. I am a hotels.com good customer and would demand a credit of at least one night's stay that was so unbearable. please contact "
