"Location is simply unbeatable, with the hotel entrance right in front of the ticket office for the Pyramids. The views are absolutely breathtaking, both from the terrace and from the rooms overlooking the Pyramids. Waking up to such a view is an experience in itself!
The hotel is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with particularly comfortable beds. However, what truly makes this place exceptional is its people. The hospitality and kindness of every single member of staff made our stay...
"I really enjoyed my stay there, it was very clean, bed and the billows were very comfortable. Very nice, helpful guys at the reception Abdullahrahman, Ahmed and the smiling guy I can't remember his name, the young man Ali, I don't think I ever met nicer hotel reception staff. The air-conditioning was excellent. There is close by mall called Arabella Mall it has greater restaurant and shops. No where is too far with value for money Uber or InDrive never use cash it's less headache."
"The suite was amazing with wonderful views and very spacious. All the staff treated us very well, especially Islam at check in and Mohammed, who is in charge of the housekeeping. Would definitely recommend a stay here."
"The staff was extremely helpful and always making sure there is no problems. The location was great. The roof top pool is amazing. Our tour guide Ahmed and the driver made the trip to Egypt a time we will never forgot. I would go back to this hotel and definitely if you are looking for a great tour guide ask for Ahmed."
"Not a great start. Had to wait 50 mins at airport for pickup then when we arrived after 10pm we were informed our panoramic view room wasn’t available until the next day. Instead, they placed us in a small windowless box room. To compound matters, next morning I discovered they lied about the reason. My room was not unavailable because of electrical problems as stated, instead it was double booked.
They refused to refund me the difference and instead offered me a free cheap kebab for lunch.
