"Great location, breakfast, amenities and helpful staff. Large room compared with typical hotel.
Lost a star due to chaotic check in. Arrived before check in time to leave bags. details taken and passports scanned. Then at actual check had to do it all again when it was really busy. Staff seemed to be struggling with computers.
Bar was infrequently manned with no method of summoning staff except to walk back to reception.
However minor gripes. Great hotel."
"Ligging top en ontbijt in orde.
Minpunten:
Erna terug grote verdwijntruc...

**Wonderful Experience and Outstanding Service!**
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The gentleman at the front desk is absolutely THE BEST! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. His kindness and exceptional customer service truly made our stay even better.
It's people like him who make a hotel experience memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"
"Great location super friendly Staff super clean. I know the picture on the website don’t look as great but for once it is better in person than the picture storage for our Bike for the Camino I would go back."
"This place has so much potential but there were so many little things that weren't right.
The steam room was broken the whole time.
We tried to make a reservation for a massage well in advance but received no response.
The air conditioner could not be shut off
There were no clean bathrobes and towels when we went to the spa
the indoor pool and jacuzzi did not look particularly clean
the one elevator was broken for part of our stay"
"The shutters on the windows made the room really dark at night and was good for blocking out the light for good sleep.
The air con was ineffective.
The beds were okay.
The rooms were small but well set out.
There was no tea or coffee facilities which I would expect in a 4 star hotel."
