"After a long cold winter in the Northeast, we needed a warm getaway. This house provided just that. The house is well maintained, clean and decorated very nicely. The heated pool was the perfect temperature. Access to the canals provided great views and some fishing opportunities. A dolphin even stopped in one night to greet us! The location is great for hitting all major site seeing locations. The Hosts was responsive and answered all our questions. Highly recommend! "

"My family and I stayed for one night at this rental and although we really enjoyed the pool and outdoor space, we were disappointed with this rental in general. To start with the positives, the beds were comfortable and bathrooms were fine. The location of the house was good. There were some real issues with cleanliness in the home. "Made 4 calls and no one called me back. The 1st call they did answer as I could not get in. Emailed twice with no Response. It is very Disappointing that They told me They charge an extraFee of over $600.00 for heating the pool in 90 degree weather. Would not recommend do To poor responsiveness and and extremely inappropriate overcharged fee"
