"Room was clean, although small overall the rest of the property makes up for it with the cozy lounge and great breakfast buffet! The hotel staff went above and beyond for us during our stay there to make it extra special including a special treat for our honeymoon. The valet parking service was easy to use and the staff again were amazing and even gave recommendations on where to go in Crete. The hotel itself is 5-10min walk to anything you may want in Chania. Highly recommend!"
"This is a beautiful resort! Amazed how big the room is and with the view from the balcony. Spent a lot of time out there listening to the waves.
The staff is friendly and very helpful. And it’s in a great location to Old Town. I will definitely go back!"
"A very convenient hotel super close to (walkable - barely 10 mins) but nicely away from the Old Town. Lovely room - spotlessly clean - and very comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and we were able to park our car in the underground car park. That was such a help. Breakfast was good."
"I’d love to give this a perfect “10”, but I had some issues. I wasn’t allowed any Hilton Honors points because I booked my stay through Expedia instead of the Hilton site. I would think a big company like Hilton could figure out a way to do this. I asked the receptionist if my being a member offered any perks during my stay. No.
There are 6 Hiltons on Crete. This is the only one that does not include breakfast. I had to pay €20 for the VERY small buffet. The waffle maker was defective. The...
"Clean room very spacious decor was a plus for the location, right on the Venetian port . Adorable! Plan for parking if you have a rental we found a great garage."
"Excellent hotel directly opposite the beach. Had a sea view which was lovely. Quite a basic small hotel but very clean, basic breakfast offered. Staff all very friendly and helpful.
I liked the location directly opposite the beach, there are no Sun loungers but hotel will provide a beach towel but it’s quiet and not touristy. A few lovely restaurants & supermarket all within 10mins walk and the main town 20/25 mins walk away. Hotel has a small pool. Bus station is 10mins walk if you wanted to...
"One of those rare times when the place was as beautiful if not better than the pictures. Clean, well maintained, great location. The staff was very kind and Eva was a great communicator, stopped by to say hi at breakfast our first morning and was very hospitable."
