"الفندق نظيف ولكن الخدمات سيئه وطريقة التعامل مع النزيل غير لائقه وكذلك يوجد بطئ في تقديم الخدمات الى الغرف وريحة الطبخ تملا الغرف على مدار الساعه"

"من افضل الفنادق في اديس ومقارنة بمستوى الفنادق والعاصمة يعتبر اكثر من حيد جداً .. يقع في منطقة (بولي) وقريب من المحلات والكافيهات في اديس ابابا وعموما عي مستواها لايقارن بالعواصم الاخرى .. والشوارع المحيطة بالفندق ليست مرصوفة بشكل جيد.. المطار قريب جدا جداً من الفندق وبصراحة افضل مافي الفندق خدماته وودية العاملين وحرصهم على تلبية الرغبات .."
