"Bad start to the week with having to move due to door locking failure and then had the next 2 days without proper hot water. Maintenance staff had their hands full but got it sorted in a timely manner. All staff were very freindly and welcoming.
Rooms were cleaned on a regular baisis, all meals were varied and tasty, though a couple times there didn't seem tobe enough staff and the wait was extended"

The beach is nearby, but not a beach you can actually enjoy. This property is on the outskirts of the coral coast, and is in a silty bay. There are no amenities, in or around the beach.
