"Shuttle bus from bus stop 16 /terminal 1 Staff polite and efficient. Hotel has many rooms and we arrived on a coach with 50 other people and there were several other coaches in a large car park . Given the amount of people that have breakfast the buffet managed to cope. Ok for an overnight but there’s nothing in the immediate area to do. For the price it’s good value for money."

"The staff spoke English and were very helpful. The hotel is in a great location. It’s in Asakusa but just outside the madness. Kappabashi is around the corner, Ueno station/park is walkable. An easy walk to the Sumida River. Just outside the entrance are a great cafe, bakery, Izakaya, and a yakitori stand!"

"Hotel was clean although i did not realized right away they had us stay in a smoking room which we did not like as were not smokers, also we book for a group of 5 and were given 2 smoking rooms and my daughter was forced to sleep on the floor, I tried reaching out to Expedia but in the end could not help us as they were having a hard time communicating with the front desk to explain the situation. overall we enjoyed good breakfast. They also have a early check out at 10 am but will let you leave...
