"Worst hotel experience ever. The wifi doesnt work properly. There's no signal so you cant use your data. The staff dont clean your rooms. There elevator is broken. There is no AC. The hotel serves no food. Sometimes there is no parking. The room is dirty. I saw spiders hiding in the room. Worst experience ever. I will not be coming here again and I do not reccomend it to anybody. Its not worth the price."

"This modern hotel on the edge of Crewe is conveniently located close to main roads without being overly noisy. It is located on a business park which is unusually green and leafy with wide verges, trees, a large pond and wooded footpaths. The breakfast whilst not a huge range was really fresh. particularly worth a mention was the decent quality bacon perfectly cooked and freshly fried eggs and very good croissants ! These items are often over cooked and chewy so these were a pleasant surprise!...

Ordered dessert (the first people in the dining room at dinner to do so) and after 45 minutes were advised that what we had selected had "run out" and was...

"Great location and super food. It is a pub so not quiet until closing time but that didn't bother us at all. We parked on a street a lovely 14 min walk away rather than the NCP carpark."
