"The property is gorgeous, staff is very friendly and amenities are top tier. The only reason I didn’t rate 5 is due to the experience I had with the transfer service offered by the hotel. Not only was the driver very fast going up hill and no where in communications with the hotel was the cost of the transfer mentioned. Go for the spa & restaurant but arrange your own transportation. "

"This place has certainly gone down hill like a horror movie from the 70s scene dated furniture blood on curtain splatters from misquote swatting along with greece stains the bathroom had rusty facutes with missing cover plates oxidation on the door handles bathroom mixed matched tiles. Great location but this place needs a serious overall bottom line.For a big property like this it should have more amenities such as a pool and decent restaurant "

"There were 2 nights with loud music coming from another property I assumed it was young people enjoying themselves. Other than that I loved my room, the view, and the customer service. I definitely recommend it and I be back."

"I stayed one night at RafJam with my mom. The property was gorgeous! There was a steam flowing through the side and rear or the property and had a cool dripping area and two mini falls. The sound of the stream, birds and beautiful flora and fauna was accident perfect for the relaxing trip we were looking for. We pre ordered dinner and breakfast was served. Both delicious. "A lovely place to stay and an incredibly friendly team. The views from the the veranda are incredible and so relaxing! My favourite part was the communal kitchen where guests can meet and chat. "
