"I booked room with a balcony but when we got they said the rooms with the balcony wasn’t available . The manager wasn’t even sorry that they over booked and couldn’t give us wait we paid for . Very bad experience. He didn’t even care if we stayed or left. Very frustrating experience."
"The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The room was very nice, the hot tub was appreciated after traveling and breakfast was more than expected with so many tasty options. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."
"If you care about showering in warm/hot water, forget about it. On the day of checkout at like 10am there was no hot water on the property and when I told the front desk, he was like OK.

"Paradise Stream was nice and the room was clean but could definitely use some renovations. We stayed in Diana's Oasis and the pool temperature was not warm. The dinner was good but service was slow as there was only one waitress on duty. Same with breakfast there was only one waitress on duty so the drinks to awhile to receive. Overall not a bad experience but for the cost of the room I expected the resort to be in much better shape."

"The room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed. Lots of amenities. I particularly liked the sink and shelf outside of the bathroom. It’s was very quiet there. The staff was extremely helpful when we realized we left something behind. We would definitely stay there again."
"I can't get ahold of my itinerary number to expense the trip and without that i cant talk to customer service. It is a nightmare situation on my end due to booking with expedia"
